Lynn Coffman - Principal
Lynn Coffman is a co-founding Principal of Coffman Valentine & Associates. During Lynn’s corporate experience ranging from Marketing for Professional theatre to High Tech Sales, she noticed that many people were not as naturally effective at managing the ever increasing speed and complexity of work. Her bosses, also noticed, and often assigned her to help others improve their work processes and systems to better meet the needs of the company and customers.

Lynn joined forces with Michael Valentine in 2004 to offer their expertise with helping all levels of management improve their personal productivity. Lynn balanced the corporate technical requirements with the humor learned from raising two children, several cats and dogs, and working with hundreds of volunteers over the years. For escape from the rangle- jangle, she works in her native garden and explores State and National Parks in the US. Combining her training in Dance with her love of gardening, Lynn makes time to merge movement and design in creating beautiful landscape tableaus at her So. California home.

Lynn holds a BA from Western Illinois University. She is a resident of Southern California. is a member of Professional Coaches and Mentors Association, and is the 2001 recipient of the Spirit Award for Corporate sponsors from American Cancer Society.

Michael Valentine - Principal
Michael L. Valentine is a co-founding Principal of Coffman Valentine & Associates which specializes in providing commonsense solutions to businesses seeking to improve management processes, employee productivity and customer service. Mike worked for several years with the International Business Machines Corp. His IBM background included project management, Marketing support, business accounting, business process analysis and structured systems analysis.

In his more than 20 years of solid business consulting, focusing on individual productivity processes, he has coached executives, managers and professional staff at all levels to support the implementing of corporate initiatives.

Following his muse, Mike has sung with the Pro Arte Chorale in New Jersey, and has served that organization as Managing Director and as a member of its Board of Trustees. He was a member of the Theater Advisory Committee at Bergen Community College and has served on the grants panel for the Bergen County Department of Historic and Cultural Affairs in New Jersey. Mike has also served the community as a Little League coach, a Scout leader, a leader in various homeowners’ and civic associations, and a volunteer for the homeless.
