is a series of progressively layered strategic, just-in-time,
mix-and
match programs to help the optimization of your workforce.
Each program employs a blended learning experience utilizing
classroom presentations, consulting and real-time desk side
coaching.
The E3 Sequence
of offerings are designed to help individuals maximize their
efficiency
and effectiveness in support of company goals. Our approach
helps individuals get the routine work accomplished quickly,
focuses them on getting the high value work done, and guides
them to inculcate these changes into their continuing work
processes.
E1 - urEca
Program™ – Efficiency - Getting work
done with less effort.
A two day program that provides an introduction
to the fundamental principles of managing the flow, filing
and retrieval of work and information.
It is a system to get people in control
of their worklife.

In this program, participants will learn
to manage the information retrieval points for which they
are responsible. This includes physical files, personal
computer drives, internet bookmarks, an enhanced understanding
of share drives, and shared physical resources. They will
also learn to develop personal operating policies for managing
routine workflow. This includes managing of information
inputs (including email), making workflow decisions, and
managing work in progress maximizing their company’s
technology (Outlook® , Lotus Notes®, etc.). The
organization gains consistency of deliverables, shorter
cycle times in decision making, less stress, and replicable
group standards.
E2 - Emerging
Leaders™ – Effectiveness - Getting
more done with the same effort.
A two day program for the people that have
been identified as the new generation of leaders who must
transition from being individual contributors to leveraging
other people’s skills.
Typically, businesses invest in their emerging
leaders by sending them to stand alone programs such as
time management, project planning, delegation, meeting management,
etc. We help them integrate and apply those skill sets within
the context of their workplace and worklife by identifying
their key business objectives and coaching them into action.
The organization gets the manager up to speed faster, leveraged
technology use, greater group cohesiveness, and a manager
with less need to micromanage.
E3 - Executive
Excellence – Maximizing efforts
for competitive advantage.
A two day coaching program that is designed
for the busy executive whose schedule and issues are not
appropriate for a group session. This program covers all
the principles that are in the E1- urEca Program™
and E2- Emerging Leaders™ offerings.
This is an intensive one-on-one consultative
coaching program that spans two days. The first day is a
full day at the executive’s office during which the
core principles are presented in a highly interactive session.
The executive's assistant could be involved in a portion
of that session. The remaining day (or two half-days) will
apply the principles to Enterprise Level Business Objectives,
and to the unique challenges and issues facing the executive

We assist the achieving of the executive’s
identified set of goals to improve his or her professional
performance and personal satisfaction, using a wide variety
of behavioral techniques and methods.
- Fast Start for New Leaders -
This 3 month engagement consists of one on one coaching
to cover issues with organization, balancing work, mobility,
delegation, micromanagement and follow-through. Coaching
will also cover new skill sets for strengthening leadership
presence, building relationships with senior leaders,
leading and influencing
- On-going Coaching -
This 6 month engagement is very personalized as each individual
executive’s needs are different. We work on developmental
or day-to-day issues that are facing the executive at
the time we meet.

(Business Process Consulting)
Generally tied to an initiative, we help
your company, department or team to create work and operational
excellence to meet your customer’s requirements. You
may be coping with restructuring, new missions, new role
definitions, or new technologies. Regardless of the challenge,
our result is to ease the transition from current methods
and procedures to the more efficient and effective processes
that support your new direction (initiative).
- Analysis and Value Stream Mapping
– The basic business process of the new
initiative is analyzed and mapped to clearly identify
the value of the intellectual product to the customer.
- Environmental Study –
Investigation, research and analysis is done to obtain
a clear picture of the present state including current
manual procedures and technological support.
- Recommendations and Modeling
– Creation of an architecture and plan,
unique to the client’s enterprise based on the previous
analysis and study.
- Implementation
– Training and/or coaching of the personnel involved
to insure the understanding, buy-in, and implementation
of the initiative.
